exec /usr/local/bin/setuidgid qmaill /usr/local/bin/multilog t s16777215 n80 /var/log/qmail

in /service/qmail-send/log/run
followed by the svc -h /service/qmail-send/log 


and, if you modify /service/qmail-smtpd/log/run  with  what you wrote above would actually require a 
svc -h /service/qmail-smtpd/log]]></description>
